vNetCard™ Affiliate Privacy Notice

This Affiliate Program Privacy Notice describes how vNetCard™ LLC ("vNetCard," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses personal information about affiliates ("Affiliate," "you," or "your") participating in the vNetCard™ Affiliate Program (the "Program").

This notice supplements our main Privacy Policy at vnetcard.com/privacy. In the event of any conflict between this notice and the main Privacy Policy, this notice controls for affiliate-specific data.

1. Information We Collect from Affiliates

1.1 Application and Account Data

  • Full legal name, business name, and DBA;

  • Mailing address, email address, phone number;

  • Website URLs, social media handles, promotion channels;

  • Date of birth (to confirm age of majority);

  • Tax Identification Number (SSN or EIN) via IRS Form W-9;

  • Banking or payout information (for ACH, Stripe Connect, PayPal, or GHL payouts).

1.2 Performance and Tracking Data

  • Affiliate link activity: click data, IP addresses, referring URLs, browser type;

  • Conversions and attributed sales;

  • Commission calculations and payout history;

  • Cookie and pixel data from promotional traffic (365-day attribution window).

1.3 Communications

  • Messages, support tickets, training participation;

  • Compliance audits and investigation records.

2. How We Use Affiliate Information

We use affiliate information to:

  • Evaluate and approve your application;

  • Track referred clicks, conversions, and commissions;

  • Calculate, process, and report commission payouts;

  • Issue IRS Form 1099-NEC and comply with tax reporting obligations;

  • Provide training, marketing assets, and support;

  • Monitor compliance with the Affiliate Program Agreement, FTC rules, and applicable law;

  • Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, trademark misuse, and prohibited promotion methods;

  • Communicate Program updates, policy changes, and performance feedback.

3. Who We Share Affiliate Information With

We share affiliate information only as needed:

  • Payout Processors: Stripe Connect, PayPal, GoHighLevel, or ACH processors for commission disbursement;

  • Tax Reporting Services: for 1099-NEC issuance and IRS filings;

  • CRM and Tracking Platforms: GoHighLevel and any affiliate tracking software we use;

  • Professional Advisors: accountants, auditors, and legal counsel under confidentiality;

  • Legal and Regulatory Authorities: when required by law, subpoena, or court order;

  • Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your affiliate information, and we do not share it with other affiliates or publicly display it without your permission.

4. Tracking of End-Customer Data

When a prospective customer clicks your affiliate link, we may collect limited data (IP, browser, device, referring URL, click timestamp, landing page) to attribute the sale. This information is processed per our main Privacy Policy and is shared with you only in aggregated, anonymized performance reports unless required for legitimate attribution disputes.

We do not share personal information about your referred customers with you beyond what is necessary to confirm conversion status and commission attribution.

5. Data Retention

We retain affiliate information for:

  • Active Participation: duration of your participation in the Program;

  • Tax and Accounting Records: seven (7) years after termination (IRS and FL requirements);

  • Performance and Tracking Data: up to three (3) years after the applicable attribution window closes;

  • Compliance and Investigation Records: as required by law.

After retention periods expire, we delete or de-identify the information.

6. Security

We apply the security measures described in our main Privacy Policy. Banking and tax information is encrypted in transit and stored with access restricted to authorized personnel.

7. Your Rights

You may:

  • Review and update your account and payout information through your affiliate dashboard;

  • Request a copy of or correction to your personal information by emailing [email protected];

  • Unsubscribe from affiliate marketing emails (operational and payout communications will continue while you remain enrolled);

  • Terminate your participation (see Section 8 of the Affiliate Program Agreement).

Tax records and compliance records cannot be deleted while retention obligations apply.

8. SMS Communications

If you opt in to affiliate SMS notifications, we will send messages related to Program updates, performance, and payouts. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

9. Children's Privacy

The Program is not available to individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has participated, contact [email protected] and we will terminate the account and delete associated information.

10. Changes to This Notice

We may update this Notice from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date," and we will notify active affiliates by email.
