vNetCard™ LLC ("vNetCard," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit vnetcard.com, use our digital business card service, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Scope and Geographic Notice

vNetCard™ LLC offers its paid Services only to U.S. residents excluding the State of California. We do not knowingly sell or market paid Services to residents of California, Canada, the European Union, or the United Kingdom. Section 8 contains a limited notice for California website visitors.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Account Information: name, email address, phone number, business name, job title, mailing address, login credentials.

  • Card Content: information you submit to be displayed on your digital business card, including photos, logos, social media links, contact details, and custom copy.

  • Payment Information: payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processors (Stripe and GoHighLevel); we receive only tokenized references and billing metadata (last 4 digits, expiration, transaction status).

  • Communications: messages, form submissions, support requests, survey responses, and call recordings or notes.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages viewed, click-stream data, time stamps, and session duration.

  • Cookies and Similar Technologies: we use cookies, pixels, and local storage to operate the Services and measure engagement. See Section 6.

  • Analytics Data: collected via Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel (see Section 7).

2.3 Information from Third Parties

  • Payment Processors: transaction confirmations and risk signals from Stripe and GoHighLevel.

  • Integrations: if you connect the Services to your CRM, calendar, or social media accounts, we may receive data per those integrations.

  • Affiliates and Referral Partners: referral source information when you sign up through an affiliate link.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services;

  • Design and deliver your custom vNetCard™;

  • Process payments and manage subscriptions;

  • Communicate with you about your account, orders, support requests, and updates;

  • Send marketing communications (with your consent where required);

  • Personalize your experience and improve the Services;

  • Measure and analyze usage to improve performance and marketing;

  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents;

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service;

  • Train and improve internal business operations, including through AI tools (see Section 4).

4. AI and Automated Processing

vNetCard™ LLC uses AI and automation tools, including those offered through vNetAI™, to:

  • Assist with customer support;

  • Draft and refine marketing content and card copy;

  • Automate workflow tasks inside our CRM;

  • Analyze Service usage.

When we process your information through AI tools:

  • We use reputable third-party AI providers bound by confidentiality and data-processing obligations;

  • We do not permit your personal information to be used to train public AI models without your consent;

  • We apply reasonable technical safeguards such as data minimization and redaction where practical.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

  • Service Providers: trusted vendors who process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations, including:

    - Stripe, Inc. (payments)

    - LeadConnector / GoHighLevel (CRM, email, SMS, payments)

    - Google LLC (Google Analytics, Workspace)

    - Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta Pixel, advertising)

    - AI and automation vendors

    - Hosting, email delivery, and security providers

  • Affiliate Program Participants: referral-source data shared with approved affiliates for commission attribution only.

  • Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

  • Legal and Safety: when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of vNetCard, our users, or others.

  • With Your Consent: for any purpose disclosed at the time of collection.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use the following categories of cookies:

  • Strictly Necessary: required for the Services to function (authentication, security).

  • Functional: remember your preferences.

  • Analytics: measure engagement and improve performance (Google Analytics).

  • Advertising: deliver and measure marketing (Meta Pixel).

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit Service functionality. We honor browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of advertising cookies where applicable.

Paid vNetCard™ Services are not available for purchase by California residents. However, California residents may incidentally visit our public website. To the extent California's CCPA/CPRA applies to such visits, you have the right to:

  • Request to know the categories of personal information collected;

  • Request deletion of personal information we hold about you;

  • Opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell personal information; we may "share" analytics and advertising identifiers for cross-context behavioral advertising via Meta Pixel and Google Analytics);

  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

9. SMS / Mobile Messaging Privacy

If you provide your mobile number and opt in to SMS communications, we collect and use your mobile data only to deliver account, service, and marketing messages you have consented to receive.

Your mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold, shared, or otherwise provided to third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business and legal purposes. General retention periods:

  • Account and Card Data: duration of your account plus seven (7) years after closure for tax, audit, and legal purposes.

  • Payment Records: seven (7) years (tax and accounting requirements).

  • Marketing Communications Data: until you unsubscribe plus 180 days.

  • Support Records: three (3) years from resolution.

  • Analytics Data: up to 26 months (per Google Analytics defaults) or as configured.

After applicable retention periods, we either delete or de-identify the information.

11. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including:

  • TLS/SSL encryption for data in transit;

  • Access controls and role-based permissions;

  • Vendor due diligence and written data processing agreements;

  • Regular security reviews and account monitoring.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you and regulators as required by applicable law

12. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

You may:

  • Update your account information through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

  • Opt out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

  • Opt out of SMS by replying STOP.

  • Request access to or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected].

We will respond to verifiable requests within a reasonable time, subject to legal retention obligations.

14. Third-Party Links

The Services may link to third-party websites or applications. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review each third party's privacy policy before providing information.

15. Do Not Track

Most browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is no industry standard for DNT, we do not currently respond to DNT signals. We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an advertising opt-out.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date," and we will notify you by email or in-app notification when appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
