vNetCard™ customers get full access to our PFS (Personal Funnel System) platform plus affiliate commission eligibility — you're using the product and earning from referrals simultaneously. Affiliate-only members pay $60/year solely for commission eligibility on vNetCard™ PFS subscriptions — they do not have access to the PFS platform and cannot earn commissions by referring other affiliate-only members.

No. Commissions apply to the primary monthly vNetCard™ PFS subscription only. The following are explicitly excluded from the commission calculation:

• Team member card add-ons
• Additional team seats or team-tier expansions
• One-time setup / implementation fees
• Physical Tap Card purchases
• Any other one-time product purchases

Only the recurring monthly subscription fee qualifies for the 20% commission.

No. Affiliate-only participants are only eligible for commissions when they refer customers who subscribe to a vNetCard™ PFS monthly subscription. Referring another affiliate-only signup does not generate a commission.

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid out on the 15th of the following month. For example, commissions earned in April are paid on May 15th. We require a minimum of $50 in earned commissions before issuing a payment — if you haven't reached the threshold, your balance rolls over to the next month.

Payouts are processed via PayPal or ACH bank transfer. You will be prompted to provide your payout details when setting up your affiliate account in the portal. US-based affiliates who earn $600 or more in a calendar year may be required to provide a completed W-9 form to satisfy IRS 1099 reporting requirements. Contact our affiliate team through the portal if you have questions about your payout method.

You'll continue to earn 20% commission for as long as your referred customers maintain an active, paying vNetCard™ PFS subscription — provided you also maintain your own affiliate eligibility status. Commissions are calculated on the qualifying monthly subscription portion only; excluded items (team seats, one-time purchases, etc.) never count toward your commission regardless of how long the customer remains active.

Your referral cookie is valid for 30 days from the date a prospect clicks your unique referral link. Attribution uses last-click rules — meaning if a prospect clicks multiple affiliate links before subscribing, the most recent click receives the credit. If the prospect does not subscribe within 30 days of clicking your link, the cookie expires and the referral will not be credited to you.

New commissions may show as pending briefly to account for refund and chargeback windows. If a referred customer cancels, requests a refund, or initiates a chargeback, the corresponding commission will be reversed or deducted from your pending balance. Commission amounts already paid out in a prior cycle that are subsequently reversed due to a chargeback may be deducted from a future payout. You can monitor the status of all pending and approved commissions in real time through the Affiliate Portal.

No. The one-time setup / implementation fee is not included in the commission structure. Commissions are calculated on the recurring monthly vNetCard™ PFS subscription fee only. The following are also excluded: team member card add-ons, additional seats, Physical Tap Card purchases, and any other one-time product purchases.
